OUR BEGINNING
In concept Haven really began years ago... the result of a group of friends at a permit company who saw the total confusion & frustration in others trying to navigate the world of building approvals. So they decided to make it vastly better.
In 2023 they set about creating Haven with the intent to keep it deliberately small to stay service
focused so they could provide the very best knowledge, communication & experience to their customers. They started doing permit approvals in
2024. Now they have quickly become highly respected by their hero customers for efficiency & regular communications.
They use a co-working office in St Kilda Rd, Melbourne to come together for regular meetings & upskilling. Like many businesses today, they are connected online & put their energy towards each & every customer.

Haven do everything. Plans, applications, responses, dispensations, you name it... everything.

We achieve our professional level of service by holding a first in first served policy. We only take on 20 new permits each month. Once this quota is full we start adding to the quota of the next available month.

We operate niche & are masters of what we specialize in. We only do outdoor, non-habitable projects such as sheds, decks & carports. We deliberately don't try to be everything to everyone.
