Payment of your deposit confirms your acceptance of our proposal inclusions to you & our Terms of Acceptance. All subsequent payments are On Plan Delivery. Delivery & preparation times commence once the deposit is received.
 

You authorize HAVEN to appoint a registered Building Surveyor from our panel of Building Surveyors.
 

We reserve the right to charge for plan changes. Alterations are charged at $140/hr (they typically take 1-2 hours)
 

You acknowledge dispensations will be processed directly between you & our panel of external expert consultants.
 

You agree to abide by the directions & terms of the appointed Building Surveyor. A copy of terms are available on request.
 

Prior to engaging any external services if you have any concerns about your project being approved, we recommend you call & discuss your project with the Surveyor on Duty in the Building & Planning departments of your local Council.
 

All reasonable care is taken to understand & communicate the statutory implications connected with a proposed construction project, however, HAVEN & associated external consultants offer no guarantee or warranty that approvals will be granted.
 

Asset Protection Permits are charged by some Councils & it is the responsibility of the Owner/Builder to pay & comply with these notices.
 

REFUNDS - In the rare instance a project cannot be approved, a refund of your payments after deducting $1000 plus any external organisation fees previously paid will be processed to your nominated bank account.
