At Haven, we create professional architectural plans to show the building surveyor exactly what you are building & where it will be located. We add all the specifications & technical jargon required for compliancy.
Our plans specify such items as timber sizes, spans & assembly details. Where needed, we'll add site specific items such as easement repose details, shadow diagrams, overlooking angles & much more.
Building Permit Approvals
We facilitate all applications & building permits through our panel of Registered Building Surveyors. We complete & lodge the application on your behalf. We'll answer any questions or requests for further information. Our relationships & deep knowledge base spanning 1,000's of permits with these surveyors flows back to our customers.
Sometimes it's necessary to obtain Town Planning approval and seek changes to the building regulations under a process called Report & Consent. We have the best town planners in Victoria on our consulting team to professionally navigate through these processes!
