Brad B- Permit

Actions Taken:
We hunted down a copy of the Estate Design Guidelines & noted sheds must be not greater than 60sq.m in area & 4.0m in height. Therefore, we created plans for a shed that was exactly 60sq.m to maximize space for Brad but not higher than 4.0m.
Next, we obtained information on the location & reach of the sewer tie. We positioned the shed 1.0m from this tie branch which met the easement guidelines. The building surveyor was satisfied with this design & the potential easement issue was gone.
We completed preparing the plans, had a review with Matt, then lodged a formal building permit application on his behalf to one of our experienced building surveyors.
Outcome:
The permit was issued 4 days after lodgment. In all, this one took just 3 weeks to prepare plans & have it reviewed & approved. Every project is different & some can be a little more complex than the next, however, by understanding potential issues then communicating solutions we often manage to navigate through the process with everyone fully up to speed on the required actions.

Haven Design made the whole permit process for my shed so easy and stress-free. The team was professional, efficient, and great to work with from start to finish. They communicated clearly and guided me through every step. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with building permits or design work — a truly fantastic team!
